OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
At Blue Diamond Body and Skin, your health and safety are our highest priority, and our commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing environment remains the same. While we hope these protocols will not become necessary, this policy outlines the measures we will reinstate if COVID-19, the Flu, or any other infectious illness becomes a health crises concern again.
Massage therapy and esthetics involve sustained touch and close proximity, which may increase the risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. To protect our guests, staff, and their families, we will implement the following health and safety protocols if it ever becomes necessary again.
To ensure the safety of our most vulnerable guests, all health and safety procedures will apply to everyone, even if you are fully vaccinated and boosted. If you have any questions about our infection control protocols, please contact us.
GUEST REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
To minimize the risk of transmission and ensure as safe an experience as possible for everyone, please follow these procedures:
1. Face Masks (Required)
-
All guests must wear a mask to enter our facility and keep it on during the service whenever possible.
-
If receiving a facial or lip/chin wax, your mask may be removed only during the treatment and must be worn before and after.
-
The mask must cover your nose, mouth, and chin properly. Loose-fitting masks that slip while speaking do not provide adequate protection.
-
Guests must bring their own masks—we do not provide masks.
-
No services will be performed if you arrive without a mask.
2. Arrival & Check-In
-
Text or call (501) 350-0488 when you arrive.
-
Wait outside until your therapist invites you in. Do not stand at the door — allow space for exiting guests.
-
Only scheduled guests may enter the facility. No additional visitors, including children, unless they have an appointment.
-
If a minor is receiving a service, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room.
3. Hygiene & Contact-Free Protocols
-
Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer before entering the treatment room.
-
Do not touch retail products or decor items — your therapist will assist you.
-
For contactless payments, we accept:
-
Online appointment booking and payment
-
Hands-free card reader
-
Apple Pay and Google Pay
-
ILLNESS & EXPOSURE POLICIES
4. No Services for Illness or Symptoms
-
To ensure a safe environment, we do not provide services to anyone who:
-
Is sick or showing signs of any illness—including cold, flu, or allergy symptoms.
-
Lives with, works with, or spends time with someone who is sick or symptomatic.
-
-
Cancellation fees are waived for illness-related reschedules — please notify us immediately.
-
If you knowingly arrive sick, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the scheduled services.
5. Exposure to COVID-19
-
If you have been in contact with someone who is known or suspected to have COVID-19, we cannot provide services until:
-
You have been completely symptom-free for at least 7 days from the date of exposure.
-
This applies regardless of vaccination status and whether PPE was worn at the time of exposure.
-
