Terms and Expiration

Gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of purchase. If you received an electronic gift, you must use the link in the email to claim the certificate. This activates the certificate and attaches it to your client file. When booking your appointment, please have your gift certificate number handy and let us know you will be using at your appointment. If booking online, please choose your gift certificate as your method of payment. Gift Certificates must be present and tendered at your appointment time. The gift certificate must be presented every time you use the certificate to redeem a service. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the service total does not equal the full amount of the gift certificate, no cash will be given as change, but the unused balance will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date. The dollar amount on the gift certificate is good for any service we offer, regardless of any specific service listed on the gift certificate. However, gift certificates may not be used with any discount, offer, or promotion unless expressly stated on the gift certificate. Please note: Services and prices may change without prior notice. If your gift certificate is for a service(s) that is no longer offered, the dollar amount will still be good. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of services. Gift certificates may not be used to purchase retail items. Gift certificates are tracked by their unique ID numbers. To look up a gift certificate, to make a reservation, or to redeem the certificate, you must provide the unique ID number. Gift certificates must be kept in a safe place; without a Gift Certificate ID#, we cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen.
